Shipping Policy (WaffleWax Hockey)

Thanks for shopping with WaffleWax Hockey! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship orders.



Processing Time



All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During new drops, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may take a little longer — but we’ll always work to get your order out ASAP.


Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.



Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates



Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:


  • United States: 2–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days



Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or peak shipping seasons.



Where We Ship



We currently ship to:


  • United States
  • Canada
  • Select international destinations (available options will show at checkout)



If you don’t see your country at checkout, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.



Tracking



Tracking is provided on most shipments. If your tracking number doesn’t update right away, don’t panic — carriers sometimes take 24–48 hours to scan and update tracking.



Address Accuracy



Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.


If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the item returns, but additional shipping fees may apply.



Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages



Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered delivered.


If your package is missing:


  1. Check around your delivery location and with neighbors/building staff
  2. Contact your local post office/carrier with your tracking number
  3. Email us at sales@wafflewaxhockey.com and we’ll do our best to help



We’re not responsible for stolen packages, but we’ll always try to support you in filing a claim with the carrier.



Damaged or Incorrect Orders



If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@wafflewaxhockey.com with:


  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue (damage/wrong item)
  • The shipping label (if possible)



We’ll make it right.



Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)



International customers may be charged customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country. These fees are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.



Returns & Shipping Fees



If you’re returning an item (per our Return Policy), original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
